As one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry, Montu is now actively looking to expand the team to take the company to the next level in the UK.Role descriptionResponsibilities will include but not be restricted to:Work with the marketing team to devise and execute digital marketing campaigns, initially across Facebook, Instagram and Google, and expanding into other channels as appropriateAccountable for devising and executing multi-variant ad tests to drive continuous improvement in ROICollaborate closely with social media team to monitor campaign response and ensure our brand is represented in the best way to drive trust and advocacyAnalyse campaign performance in detail to generate usable insight through hypothesis generation and testingManage and optimise continuously changing digital marketing budgetsAnalyse sales funnel performance and work with UX, marketing and product development teams to refine and optimise ROI and patient advocacyForecast demand generation and creative fatigue in a multichannel environment including ATL and OOHCollaborate with wider clinical and operational team to ensure alignment of supply and demandWork with wider marketing and PR teams to devise innovative strategies and tactics to expand reach and impact in a highly regulated environmentSkills, Experience, and Qualification:4+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platformsStrong analytical capabilityGood understanding of social media algorithms, with the ability to interpret and optimise performanceFamiliarity with Google analyticsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work at pace with attention to detailComfortable in a dynamic environment with changing prioritiesCollaborative working style with the ability to work independently to meet deadlinesStrong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesExperience of working in a regulated environment desirable with healthcare experience a plusBenefits:You'll get a 30 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.You can join our generous pension scheme and the employer will match contributions up to 5%There are lots of opportunities to work on cross-team projects and represent Montu at events such as awards, trade shows and fairsCycle to work scheme
