We are recruiting for a Pensions Data Director to join our team who is experienced in understanding the issues our clients face, setting the strategy and plan for resolving those issues and then providing technical guidance and oversight to the team who implement that solution. You will be responsible for the technical review that ensures the accuracy of the results that are sent to the client and lead to member entitlements being corrected and paid. The successful candidate will have an excellent technical knowledge of DB pensions, coupled with strong Excel skills and an ability to communicate complex data correction strategies and issues clearly and concisely. Through your work with us, you will be expected to contribute to the technical development of colleagues within our diverse team. As a data specialist, you can expect to be giving direction and oversight to several client projects at once, providing you with the opportunity for a very varied workday, and ultimately an interesting and fulfilling career with WTW.Experience in pension correction and rectification exercises would be advantageous as well as hands on experience through the lifecycle of data projects, from the upfront auditing and due diligence that is typically completed ahead of cleansing and correcting the data.This role can be based out of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham.
