SEND Teaching Assistant Job - East Nottinghamshire

Your new company Hays Education are working with a special school in Nottinghamshire who are looking to grow their dedicated and passionate team of specialist TA's and Learning Support Assistants. They offer a differentiated and personalised curriculum to each pupil, to ensure each child can achieve their unique potential. Your new role You will be working full-time at the community special school with children aged between 3 and 18 who experience complex learning difficulties. You will be working alongside their other experienced and welcoming staff to create a safe and secure environment for the students. You may be working 1:1, in small groups or with larger groups alongside other staff to provide the best experience for the students. What you'll need to succeed You will be highly passionate about providing the best possible care to each unique child. You will have experience working with children or young people who have physical, mental or learning disabilities You will be a kind and patient individual, able to use different approaches to engage each child You will be a great team player, able to effectively communicate across the school What you'll get in return You will receive a daily rate of between £85-£105 (depending on experience). You will be working in a supportive and friendly team with personal development and career opportunities within the wider trust.
