Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and/or industrial recruitment, with expertise in various recruitment tools and platforms. Job Responsibilities: * Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into driving and industrial placements * Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets * Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs * Account management * Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained * Arranging meetings with new and existing clients * Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards * Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks * Matching workers to vacancies * Rotating on call duties required Technical Knowledge / Qualifications: * Min 12 months experience working within Industrial / transport recruitment is essential. * Experience of running a temp desk and high volume staffing. * Successful business development skills * Account management skills * Proven record of success in B2B * Target driven * Excellent level of customer service * Must be articulate and enthusiastic * A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career * Own transport is essential for this role
