Project Accountant

Working in this multinational Energy business, and closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they stay within budget and comply with all financial regulations. You will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving project success and enhancing profitability. Responsibilities: Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Track project costs, revenues, and expenses to ensure alignment with budgets Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual project-related financial analysis and reporting Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial data accuracy and support decision-making Review and approve project invoices, purchase orders, and payments Manage project cash flow, including billing, collections, and vendor payments Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Identify and resolve any discrepancies or financial issues related to projects Support internal and external audits related to project financials Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance project profitability If you have experience in a similar role, then I would be keen to hear from you - get in touch!
