Electrical Supervisor - Fast-Expanding Company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients fast-growing company. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking business in Portsmouth, with a full order book and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical solutions to their industrial clients. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams of 2-10 electrical workers on a variety of industrial projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Planning and organising electrical installation projects * Supervising and managing teams of electrical workers * Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with electrical regulations * Inspecting and testing electrical installations * Liaising with clients and project managers * Ordering and managing materials and equipment * Must be prepared to work away Qualifications and Experience: * Qualified electrician * 18th Edition * Inspecting and Testing (2391) * SSSTS or SMSTS * Proven experience in supervising electrical installation projects * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we offer: * Competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 * Van and fuel card * Paid overtime at 1.5 times the basic rate * Hours 8.00am-4.30pm * Opportunities for career progression If you are a motivated and ambitious Electrical Supervisor with the skills and experience to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you so please either APPLY or contact me, James Grant at Hampshire Recruitment Services
