Location: Hybrid/Office - London

Type: Full-time

Salary: £55,000

Working pattern: 40 Hours per week

Role overview:

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Clinical Operations Manager to support the Complex Care Team in a fast paced, client focused company in the complex care sector. This key leadership role will provide truly bespoke and holistic care to clients. The role will develop, implement, and maintain exceptionally high standards of care for clients living in their own home and ensuring the Clinical Governance Framework is adhered to.


The role is fundamental to developing and implementing an effective strategy for the business by driving quality through a ‘hands-on approach’, clinical excellence, facilitating continuous improvement and providing clinical leadership across the business. It will ensure Innovates care exceeds regulatory compliance standards, delivers quality, positive outcomes, and exemplary customer service.


You will ensure designated caseloads of care packages are running effectively, and performing-well clinically and operationally, fully abiding by CQC Regulations and guidelines.

As an experienced clinical leader, you’ll help deliver our newly developed strategic ambitions and priorities. You’ll bring energy and fresh thinking to the way we work towards our vision through excellence, compassion, and expertise.


What you will do:

Your core objectives will be:


Support the Complex Care Team:

  • Provide leadership and support to the Complex Care Team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Deliver Bespoke and Holistic Care:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain exceptionally high standards of bespoke and holistic care for clients living in their own homes.

Ensure Clinical Governance Compliance:

  • Adhere to the Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to CQC Regulations and guidelines.

Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive quality through a hands-on approach, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Exceed Regulatory Compliance Standards:

  • Ensure Innovate Care Group community care exceeds regulatory compliance standards, delivers quality outcomes, and provides exemplary customer service.

Lead Strategic Ambitions and Priorities:

  • Bring energy and fresh thinking to deliver newly developed strategic ambitions and priorities, fostering excellence, compassion, and expertise.


Your skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Registered Nurse, either adult or child - current NMC registration
  • 2 years post registration experience
  • Previous experience of clinical skills teaching and competency assessment
  • Experience of working within community setting
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Car driver with access to own vehicle
  • Systems orientated
  • A curious approach to the latest technology and innovations within the care sector.
