You will be interacting with hotels, restaurants, bars, and sports/music event customers using our SaaS tool to access the best talent globally. To be successful in this role you need to have a natural affinity for this customer-oriented business. You need to thrive on interacting with a wide variety of people in many different establishments. Location: LondonStarting date: ImmediatelyCompensation: £25,500,- annual base salary plus attractive quarterly bonus structure. ResponsibilitiesSell and build business. Own the sales cycle end-to-end for the Hospitaliti SaaS tool. You do whatever it takes to build business from cold outreach to clients, prospecting, attendance on industry events and conferences, to creatively finding alternative solutions to create awareness about Hospitaliti. Build and execute. At your core, you are a builder. You operate and lead the business reviews on sales performance, and establish sales strategies and targets, while also executing them rigorously. Define and deliver quotas established for each property and lead cross-functional business reviews to drive performance and strategy. You’re building and scaling an early-stage business. You must have a high bias for action. You’ll have your fingerprints all over Hospitaliti’s operations and do whatever it takes to get 1% better every day. This means going out and selling yourself, motivating the team, and building the playbook to take us to the next level. Serve the customer. You ensure the needs of our customers are met. Our customer satisfaction is a key indicator that we are doing a good job. We want to be the best talent solution out there for the hospitality industry. Build community.
