Civils Site Manager - Nightshift

Peace Recruitment are seeking a Freelance Civils Site Manager to oversee night shift operations for an exciting 2-3 month project. The role involves managing a team of 12 operatives while also handling some IT-related responsibilities. Key Details: * Duration: 2-3 months * Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 9pm to 6am * Location: Glasgow * Start Date: Monday 30th of September Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of 12 operatives on site. * Oversee all site operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient progress. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. * Carry out IT-related duties, including reporting, logging data, and digital task management. * Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain progress and meet deadlines. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification (essential). * Proven experience managing civils/construction projects. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and handle basic IT tasks. * Available to work night shifts (9pm - 6am, Sunday to Thursday).
