Build and Lead a High-Performing Data Science Team: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to deliver cutting-edge ML solutions. Drive Data-Driven Innovation: Define the data science strategy, identify opportunities for AI/ML to drive business growth, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Develop and Scale ML Capabilities: Oversee the development and deployment of robust ML pipelines, including fraud detection and risk assessment models. Architect and implement efficient MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring model performance and reliability. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate data-driven insights effectively. Demonstrated experience leading and growing high-performing data science teams, with a track record of delivering impactful ML solutions. Deep ML Expertise: Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
