Recruitment Consultant

I am looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join my clients' innovative and prosperous team.

You will be responsible for candidate attraction and building positive relationships with both client and candidate to ensure requirements are fully understood.

You will attract candidates by drafting job adverts, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will screen and interview candidates with the view to placing them in suitable roles.

Responsibilities

• developing a good understanding of client organisations, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• advertising vacancies using various mediums
• use of CRM
• receiving and reviewing candidate applications, arranging interviews and creating a candidate shortlist.
• briefing the candidate around the full spectrum of the role
• organising interviews between client and candidate
• keeping candidates informed following interview
• negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
• working towards and exceeding KPIs
