Job Requirements / Description
We are looking for a technical expert, ideally from an electrical or renewable engineering background to join our design team. In this varied role, the successful candidate will liaise with our prospective customers, discuss quotations and the benefits of installing solar PV, conduct site surveys and designing systems. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships easily, have a passion for renewable products, a keen eye for detail and be a competent computer user. This role would suit an applicant looking to come off the tools, a change in career direction or someone self-employed looking for job security. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Hybrid working is a possibility for the right candidate. What does the role entail? * Designing solar systems using PV_SOL * Visit presold solar projects to measure the roof area and look for equipment locations and cable runs etc * Liaising with prospective customers, discussing quotations, and educating the benefits of solar installation What are we looking for? * Electrical or engineering background * Passionate about renewable technology * Strong communicator and builds relationships easily * Computer literacy * PV_SOL experience desirable What do we offer? * A salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience * Private medical insurance * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Fantastic working environment * Training and development opportunities
