Contracts Manager

The Company- We are currently working with a privately owned, regional contractor who turnover £30m, and specialise in new build and refurbishments of hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential works across the North of England, typically valued up to £15m. They secure the majority of their work through repeat business, frameworks and tender.  The Role- Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team. They are open to speaking with experienced Senior Site Managers/Project Managers who are looking to take the next step in their career to Contracts Management level. The role will oversee 2-3 projects at anyone time with support from a very approachable and experienced senior management team. You will need to be able to commute to their offices so will likely live in Greater Manchester or Lancashire. You will have experience working on commercial, hospitality and apartment schemes.
