We’ve partnered with this exciting company to find talented Rust engineers to shape and build the off-chain architecture of their innovative protocol. The Company:
Our client’s blockchain project uses cutting edge technology to prevent fraud, enhancing security, and eliminating the need for traditional consensus mechanisms, promoting a fair, decentralized network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Innovate: Lead the design and development of off-chain services using Rust, enabling the growth of features and adapting to the fast-paced demands of a startup.
- Build and Integrate: Focus on creating concurrent backend systems with Rust, and occasionally work with smart contracts in Solidity to bring seamless integration.
- Collaborate and Create: Work hand-in-hand with a talented team to launch new products and develop solutions for complex technical challenges that push the envelope.
- Code Excellence: Drive the entire development process, ensuring high-quality code from concept through to production.
- Review and Improve: Engage with other team members’ code, providing insightful feedback and stepping up to contribute beyond your core responsibilities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Blockchain Pro: You have 3+ years of experience in blockchain, with a deep understanding of the EVM ecosystem.
- Rust Enthusiast: 2+ years of hands-on experience writing Rust server code in a production environment, ideally using tools like ethers.rs or alloy.
- Crypto Knowledge: You’re familiar with crypto wallets (especially smart accounts), bridging technologies, blockchain nodes, relayers, and intent-based systems, plus you understand Layer 2 solutions and their application integration.
- Problem Solver: You know how to balance the urgency of quick delivery with the need for a stable infrastructure.
- Self-Starter: You can dig deep to find root causes, dissect complex problems, and work methodically towards stable, scalable solutions.
