Strategic Proposal Lead – Bid Manager Alexander Ash Consulting is looking for a driven Bid Manager to join a growing Strategic Proposals Team for a global consultancy. This is a vital role and will be pivotal in driving proposal and pursuit leadership within their organisation. THE ROLE: Manage and oversee assigned proposals from inception to completion, adhering to the firm's established proposal methodology, primarily focusing on public-sector projects in the EMEA region. This includes customised proposals. Administer the proposal development process, taking on roles such as proposal facilitator and/or manager. Collaborate with various functionsto ensure all required proposal forms are completed accurately. Serve as the proposal editor, maintaining a consistent voice and tone throughout, and ensuring alignment with firm branding. Facilitate the preparation of content for presentation teams whilst partnering with the Design Team to create compelling graphics. Recommend and implement process improvement strategies. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 3+ years of experience within proposals/pursuits/bids in a B2B/Professional Services environment. Experience in leading proposal development, with knowledge of relevant regulations and procurement practices. Ability to digest detailed client document packs and understand critical requirements. Comfortable leading and facilitating group discussions or meetings in a virtual format.
