AI Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI, be eager to tackle complex business challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Python web services deployed on Kubernetes, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) from various external providers, and deploying them internally.Build robust and scalable APIs on top of these services, and develop core data assets to be used across the company.Deploy open-source models for internal use.Collaborate with developers and business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.Educate other engineers in AI techniques, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Contribute to high-profile, cross-company projects with significant business impact.Essential Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or MLOps.Proficiency in Python.Proven experience managing business-critical web services in production.Experience working with LLMs.Preferred Experience:Knowledge and experience in deploying services on Kubernetes.Familiarity with MLOps practices and principles.Experience delivering AI-driven solutions to non-technical users.Knowledge of the finance domain (e.g., trading processes, asset classes) is an advantage.
