We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance Finance Manager to oversee financial control and reporting, implement new systems, and drive continuous improvement, all while managing a dedicated finance team.About the Role:As the Senior Performance Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Commercial Director for Manufacturing & Localisation and take ownership of financial controlling for a major new factory in Goole. You’ll be at the heart of managing operational finance, ensuring compliance with financial reporting guidelines, and providing reliable data to drive informed business decisions. You’ll also be key in budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to global knowledge sharing within the Performance Controlling Team.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership: Produce up-to-date and accurate business data, ensuring compliance with financial reporting guidelines while driving results-oriented decision-making for the Goole manufacturing facility.Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day operational controlling, including business data analysis, cost centre planning, workload, and capacity reporting.Team Management: Lead and inspire the Goole Finance Team to achieve targets, manage month/year-end close activities, and ensure seamless financial reporting.Budgeting & Forecasting: Take charge of factory production orders, budgeting, forecasting, and overhead controlling to maintain the financial health of the facility.Continuous Improvement: Champion automation and digitalisation initiatives to streamline processes and collaborate with global teams to improve efficiency across the manufacturing network.Global Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge exchange within the global Performance Controlling Team, supporting senior leadership with financial insights and analysis.What You’ll Bring:Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g., CIMA) – with solid experience in financial management and controlling.People Leadership Experience – a track record of managing finance teams and delivering results.Advanced IT Skills – strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital tools such as Qliksense, Tableau, Knime, and Power BI.Proactive and Analytical Mindset – self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to drive change and improvements.Collaboration & Communication Skills – thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team, always willing to share ideas and go the extra mile.Why Join?Competitive Salary + Company BonusFlexible Benefits Package tailored to your individual needsCareer Growth Opportunities within a forward-thinking, global organisationWork-Life Balance with a flexible working environmentIf this sounds like the next step in your career, don't hesitate to apply via the button on screen or send a CV to Connor at [email protected].
