For our sparkling new adventure in Birmingham , we are looking for talented Junior Sous Chefs to lead our crazy brigade and train them to become our Head Chefs of tomorrow Your main tasks: Responsible for kitchen Operations Responsible for Quality Responsible for the success of the Squadra Responsible for the kitchen KPIs.
