HR Manager - Site based Halifax

The successful candidate will champion HR best practices working on site in a generalist role for all aspects of HR. Description Reporting to the Group HR Director - you will support the delivery of the strategic HR priorities for the Halifax site of approx. 50 employees; working with line managers to deliver day to day HR support. Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management. Supporting a cultural change in the organisationProfile A successful HR Manager should have: previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role proven track record in a similar role within a manufacturing / operational environment. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
