Fire Alarm Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fire Alarm Experienced Electrical Improvers and Fire Alarm Engineers to join a project in Holborn, London. The role involves assisting with the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems on-site. This is a hands-on position, requiring technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cable Installation: Pulling and running cables for fire alarm systems throughout the site.
• System Setup: Assisting in the mounting and installation of fire alarm devices, panels, and associated equipment.
• Routing and Fixings: Securing cables, conduits, and other system components in line with project specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Assisting with identifying and resolving basic issues during installation.

Requirements:

• Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of basic electrical principles, such as circuits, voltage, and wiring, is essential for installing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to fire alarm systems.
• Manual Dexterity: Comfort with physically demanding tasks, such as pulling cables, drilling, and mounting equipment.
• ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) Card
