Office Executive

Reperio Human Capital is a Recruitment Agency headquartered in Belfast City Centre, with offices in the USA (Florida and North Carolina). We focus on the growing IT industry across Ireland and the US.

An opportunity has opened up for an Office Executive to join the Belfast team. We are actively seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual who will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and finance team, alongside the wider business.

• Record keeping, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is gathered and filed correctly in compliance with company policies
• Answering phones & dealing with adhoc customer/client queries in a professional manner
• Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
• Assisting with any adhoc administrative duties in our international offices
• Assisting the team in the setup of IT systems when onboarding new employees
• Providing backup support to the Finance team when required
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office and communal areas
• Undertake other duties that may be required for the effective operation of the finance and wider operations department

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience within an office administration role (or similar)
• Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and problem solve in an efficient manner
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word/Excel)
• Excellent organisation skills
