Life Science Search Consultant

Opportunity for an experienced Executive Search Search Consultant to join an established and prestigious Global Executive Search firm specialising in Life Sciences. The role will suit an experienced Life Science / Pharma Delivery Consultant / Search Consultant.Based in London, Hertfordshire, Switzerland, Frankfurt, NYC, Chicago or Boston.Base Salary up to £80,000 and a bonus up to 50%The objective of the role is to deliver candidates for projects won by the senior consultancy team. Responsibilities include candidate engagement, interviewing, providing the shortlist to clients, market analysis and supporting on pitches. As a Delivery Consultant, you will also be given your own portfolio of clients to manage and lead on all projects. You'll be supported by the research team on all assignments.USPs: The organisation offers an established market brand, a solid client base, impressive wins and a supportive leadership team. The consultancy team meets regularly to share leads, information and collaborates on all pitches. Solid career development opportunity to reach Managing Partner level. Base salaries are competitive and bonuses reach 50% of the fee. Average fee £80,000. The global team are treated to an international trip once a year as a thank you by the owner. They also host many events where your partner will be welcome to join you.Ideally, you'll come from a Life Science / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Exec Search or Senior Contingency background having worked on c-suite level roles. Senior recruiters from other verticals are also welcome to apply. Experience as an international vertical market recruiter is a prerequisite.In return, you can expect a high base salary, a personal achievement bonus and an additional company bonus.
