Commercial Product Executive Are you a detail-oriented, resourceful individual with an interest asset management? Citywire is looking for a Commercial Product Executive to join our team! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the daily operations of Citywire's commercial products, such as Ratings, Data, Awards, and Subscriptions. Reporting directly to the Commercial Product Manager, you'll have a chance to work cross-functionally, building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to better serve clients and stay competitive in the market. What you'll be doing: -Respond to and resolve client queries, ensuring they are fully utilising our products and services. -Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, setting them up for success from day one. -Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports, charts, and insights to keep clients informed and engaged. -Ensure clients are maximising the potential of our commercial products by staying in regular communication and offering ongoing support. -Conduct thorough product and market research to help identify trends and opportunities for product improvement. -Manage timelines and processes efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across various product lines. -Keep records and spreadsheets updated to ensure accuracy and clarity in all reporting and tracking. -Provide additional assistance to sales, marketing, and operations teams as needed.
