Advising and representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, rent recovery, and possession claims. Managing complex boundary disputes and issues related to rights of way. Providing expert legal advice to clients on commercial property litigation, including breaches of contract and disputes over property ownership. Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality client service.
