CRM Manager Tech Marketplace Start-Up Do you want to work at a rapidly growing, digital first brand? This is an opportunity to work alongside & learn from a team with a track record working at high-growth start-ups at a business with enormous upside potential. They are looking for a CRM Manager who wants to develop into a cross channel role. The Role: As CRM Manager you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & to develop & execute CRM strategies. As one the initial hires in the CRM team you will be a go-to person in this end to end role. The channel is seen to be untapped for the brand, with a real opportunity to make an impact & do something special for the business. With buy-in from the leadership team, they are investing heavily in to the channel & looking to scale at pace. Responsibilities: Plan and execute the email and cross-channel comms strategy for B2B and B2C Create, manage, optimize, and report on email campaigns and tests for triggered and blast campaigns, for both professional and customer audiences Work closely with our Analytics team to manage the customer and professional database, with a focus on retention and engagement Create engaging content in order to generate demand, to upsell and cross- sell, but also to build brand affinity and drive retention Create testing roadmap based on expected business value Developing customer lifecycle roadmap based on personas About you: ~3+ years in an email marketing/CRM role, ideally in a marketplace or tech brand ~ Experience in growing business through owned channels ~ Experience with Zoho, Braze, Adobe, Salesforce or Bloomreach ~ Comfortable with varying briefs, and large amounts of autonomy ~ Ability to build strong relationships across varying teams in the business ~ Data-driven approach with excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills ~ Knowledge and capability of HTML coding and CSS are desirable ~ Proven experience of working on lifecycle automated campaigns Key Skills: CRM, Retention, Email, App, Push, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Growth, Analytics, Data, SQL, Performance Marketing, Digital Media, Digital Advertising, eCommerce, Growth Marketing, Start-up, Tech, Zoho Braze, Adobe, Salesforce, Bloomreach ?
