Job DescriptionHead of Product ??Join a growing B2B startup company who are helping companies to understand their carbon contributions so they can make smarter decisions to build a sustainable future.The Role ????As an early hire into the product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy whilst building and mentoring a high-performing product and design teamDevelop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer feedbackYou’ll be working directly with the leadership team, reporting into the CTO and partnering closely with the CEORequirements ?Proven experience working on a complex product within the B2B / SaaS space and ideallyin that startup environmentPreviously built product teams from scratch with a track record of leading a high-performing teamAs a Product Leader you’ve had 7+ years experience and are data-obsessed, you bring data into every decision to drive growth??
