Role: Experienced Credit Controller (Temp to Perm) Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next challenge? Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain your own ledger, ensuring timely debt collection - Handle accounts from both **local authorities** and **private organisations** - Chase overdue payments and reduce debt efficiently in a **fast-paced environment** - Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Credit Controller in a Medical or B2B environment - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement - Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing debt This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Credit Controller to contribute to a growing organisation.
