Service Co-Ordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a supplier of high quality windows and doors to the construciton industry for a Customer Service Co-ordinator. Our client have a quality high value product and are looking for someone who is able to provide a high quality of service to their customers who may require an engineer visit under warranty or spare parts and remedial action to be taken. You will be responsible for the effective resolution of customer queries or complaints after installation and for co-ordinating Engineer to ensure any issues are resolved ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Excel and will enjoy being busy and part of a small but ambitious team working as part of a much bigger global company.
