One of the schools is looking for a Cover supervisor/ HLTA to cover lessons where needed and to lead interventions with children. The role is full time or part time basis and the schools need someone to be able to commit to the role.  This is a great opportunity for an unqualified teacher or aspiring teacher to gain valuable experience working in a school setting within a close-knit team of staff and make a real difference.  As you will already appreciate, the role of a cover supervisor can be both challenging and rewarding in equal measure.  Duties include:  Have some experience teaching in a school environment.  To supervise whole classes during the short term occasional absence of class teacher and deliver pre-prepared activities.  To provide general support to the class teacher(s) in the management and organisation of the students and the classroom.  To organise the days lessons effectively in advance so that they run as smoothly as possible.  This is an excellent opportunity in education.
