The Compliance Officer should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Duties will include but not be limited to: ? Manage all compliance requirements for the Education division within the business with a proactive, customer services based approach ? Proactively call candidates, referees, consultants to ensure we gather compliance as quickly and efficiently as possible within legislative guidelines ? Manage all external client compliance requirements and ensure accuracy of documents ? Manage compliance for all existing candidates working within the team ? Manage all incoming compliance queries that come in over the phone as well as over email with a customer centric approach ? Work collaboratively with the team and the business area you will support to ensure mutual goals are achieved Person Specification: ? Excellent attention to detail ? Excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders ? Commercial acumen and experience in a commercial role will be essential as this role is to support the business growth ? Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management ? Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously ?
