    • Sets the strategic reward and recognition vision and guides the team to successful implementation of the strategy
    • Understands the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and adhering to processes
    • Ability to display a business partnering approach and manage the expectations of each part of the business effectively
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence people across the business
    • Flexible to support various areas of the business, to attend various offices and site locations within the business as and when necessary
    • Driving License essential to effectively support all areas of the business
    • Demonstrable evidence of providing reward solutions in a fast paced environment
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with project management and project management tools
    • Desirable to have experience of executive remuneration

    • Contribute to running our compensation programs that support our wider organisational philosophy while ensuring strong governance, such as managing equity grants, ensuring compensation remains within guidelines, reviewing hiring trends
    • Provide advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers through the offer negotiation process
    • Provide advice and counsel to the People and Culture and partnering team in support of talent management
    • Work with compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyse compensation outcomes
    • Communicate effectively with senior partners and internal data & analytics teams to provide insights to the people analytics function, enabling insights-led business decisions
    • Analyse available market data to assess competitiveness of total compensation offerings at all levels of the business
    • Operate in an extremely organised manner, working quickly and balancing many different tasks, while being proactive and anticipating what needs to be done ahead of time
