The UK's leading developer is looking for an External Site Manager to oversee the entire facade and external package of their high-profile project, in South West London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an award winning company with a strong pipeline of work. Role Overview The External Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the following key areas: * Brickwork * Metsec * Scaffolding * Windows * Balconies * Waterproofing This role will require someone with strong experience managing facade and externals, the project is a 400 unit development and will be made up of 7 RC frame blocks. * Career Progression: Excellent opportunities to advance within a leading, innovative team. * Dynamic Environment: Work within a forward-thinking group of professionals. * Job Stability: Secure a permanent role with a prestigious and established developer.
