Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary: 28,800

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organised Executive Assistant to support a director who operates across three sites. This role involves managing the director's diary, taking minutes during meetings, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Director's schedule across multiple locations.
  • Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key discussions and actions.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage high-volume inbox with professionalism and efficiency.

Experience:

  • Must be a confident minute taker.
  • Proven experience in diary management.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR compliance.
  • Ability to work independently at a Board level, supporting an Executive Director.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
