Gatehouse Operator

Weighbridge Operator - Harworth Our client in Harworth is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gatehouse Operator to join their team. This is a full-time position, working 45 hours per week (08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday). Starting Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Gatehouse Duties: Operate from the gatehouse at the entrance to the site, serving as the first point of contact for HGV drivers. * HGV Check-In: Accurately check in HGV deliveries, ensuring all relevant details are logged and recorded. * Paperwork Management: Complete and update all necessary paperwork related to deliveries and weighbridge operations. * Team Liaison: Communicate with the site team to inform them of incoming loads, ensuring smooth operations across the site. Requirements: * Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail, especially when handling paperwork and data entry. * Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with HGV drivers and the site team. * Reliable & Punctual: Consistently punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic. * Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
