The Warehouse Admin will play a pivotal role in the Logistics team especially in their label department. The role requires a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Description

The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for the below

  • Oversee the label department in the warehouse
  • Ensure all products are labelled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to streamline operations
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct regular audits
  • Comply with all safety regulations in the warehouse
  • Assist in the development of warehouse procedures
  • Train new team members on labelling procedures
  • Address and resolve any labelling issues promptly

Profile

The successful Warehouse Admin should have:

  • A relevant qualification in logistics, industrial processes or a related field
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems
  • An understanding of labelling and inventory processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • High standard of attention to detail
