SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Senior Estimator - Established Main Contractor - Liverpool St, London A very well established main contractor are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team. The Senior Estimator will be office based in Liverpool Street, London working across various sectors including education, commercial, housing, refurbishment, heritage projects etc up to £30m. The role: * Strong allrounder who can manage the bid process from start to finish including taking off quantities/BQ production using CAD-Measure and Causeway estimating software. * Take-offs to be to NRM2 or SMM7. * Good technical knowledge within the construction industry * Experience with D&B projects * Experience within education and social housing projects The candidate: * Organised * Good commuication skills * Enthuastic * Self motivated * Honest * Part of the company culture On offer: * Office based role based in Central London.
