Responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide Facilities Management support.
• Customer service and administration activities.
• Delivering customer service through multiple channels.
• Ensuring SLA's/KPIs are hit against our contractual agreements.
• Liaising with customers, operational staff and management to answer queries.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working within customer service.
  
• Confident use of IT systems, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
