Here at 20:20 Innovation Training Ltd we are looking for a CRM and Data Executive to work as part of our marketing team and be responsible for managing and analysing data and optimising digital campaigns. The CRM and Data Executive will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth with data management, managing marketing data, creating reports and dashboards. The role would be perfectly suited to a data-driven marketeer looking to work on CRM and marketing data analysis. You will be building automation and live chat within CRM as well as managing data processes, ensuring data integrity, analysing data to drive business decisions and supporting teams with data-related tasks to support marketing activitives. It is a new and exciting role. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field or equivalent demonstrable experience Experience of managing and understanding data Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and analysis Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of database management and data hygiene best practices Ability to understand, work with and be proficient with CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and data management tools Familiarity in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms is a plus Previous experience of running campaigns/automation/email marketing is preferred Strong IT skills - proficient user of MS office packages
