If so, at Ribbons & Reeves, we are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant to work for a year at one of Barnet's schools, helping students in KS4 ahead of their exams.1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant | About the role:You could earn up to £105 a day (including holiday pay!) as a 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant | Paid weekly via PAYE.You will be provided with full safeguarding training before undertaking the role.You'll be supporting children across a range of abilities with their class work, along with implementing skills and strategies developed in the classroom.You will be leading 1:1 sessions with children outside of the classroom, along with being with them in the classroom to assist their learning further and developing your own teaching skills.You will become a friendly face for children to see around school- not just your assigned students. 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant | About you:A First-Class Degree from a Top UK University.Child-Centred Experience would be advantageous.Aspirations to become a Teacher in the future.Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament.
