WeDoData are working with a ‘Good’ secondary school in Greater Bristol who are part of a wider Multi-Academy Trust. My client is looking to appoint a Data Manager on a permanent basis to manage and develop the School’s Management Information System.
The wider organisation has a collaborative and inclusive approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop in the role, along with ample opportunity to progress within the group. The central Data team are very supportive and on-hand to assist where they can to the ‘school specific’ Data Managers throughout the Trust.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead in maintaining the school’s systems and databases
- Analysis of student performance data
- Assessment and reporting
- Training on data interpretation to SLT
Successful applicants will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience using Bromcom, or other School Management Information Systems
- Experience with SISRA, or other school analytical tools
The following would be highly advantageous:
- Experience in Timetabling (Nova-T6)
- Excellent working knowledge of Bromcom Report production
This position is term time only (TTO) plus up to 4 additional weeks of work.
FTE salary range: £29,269 - £31,364
TTO plus 4 weeks: £26,230 - £28,107
