HR Assistant

Lambeth

130 per day (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Assistant in Lambeth. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • To deliver operational excellence across a range of HR processes including HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Contracts and Systems and Learning and Development
  • Responds to customer demand on the HR Function, supporting casework, recruitment, workforce reporting, systems support, learning and / or organisation development
  • Uses HR systems and databases appropriately to record all work actions, ensuring accurate information is stored in line with information and record management policies
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement through the HR Function by identifying opportunities to make changes to ways of working

The candidate:

  • Experience working in a HR capacity is essential
  • Experience working in a HR capacity in a local government setting is desirable
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
