Exposure to the following areas: International portfolio management for trade marks and designs; International clearance projects for trade marks and designs; Management of negotiations connected with contentious IP matters; Global enforcement and watching programmes; Domain name disputes; and o Contentious registry/court proceedings. A desire to be working for a truly international firm and work on cross border matters.
