An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Night Chef de Partie to be a part of our Kitchen team at the 5* hotel The Wellesley Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel. We are looking for a Night Chef de Partie who will be: running and supervising the kitchen overnight to the required standards set by the Head Chef ensuring all preparation is complete and ready for next day service responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods Cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently If you can demonstrate great communication skills, a good work ethic and a willingness to deliver a natural and yet exceptional, luxury five star service to our guests, we would love to hear from you!
