As Sous Chef on this contract, you will be engaging, personable and able to build relationships easily with the on-site client. The Sous Chef will be supported by the Head Chef and a large brigade serving up to 1500 customers per day. The contract is a high-end, blue-chip site that prides the offering on being fresh, creative & engaging. The successful Sous Chef must have experience within the Corporate business and industry sector.
