EVE CONSULTING - HR and Recruitment Consulting, Montreux - SwitzerlandOn behalf of one of our international clients, we are seeking a highly talented English teacher who can help our clients rapidly improve their English skills through one-on-one and group sessions.Your RoleAs an English language expert, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results for our clients and continually enhancing their language abilities. This position is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career, not for those seeking a temporary gig.RequirementsExperience in Language Coaching: You must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience coaching adults in language learning.Multilingualism: Fluency in at least three languages is essential to understand the challenges of language learning and better support our clients.Passion for Languages: You must have a deep love for teaching, coaching, and learning languages.Willingness to Learn : Being open to feedback and eager for continuous learning is crucial for your personal and professional growth.Full Commitment : You must be ready to dedicate yourself fully to our client and their learners, helping them achieve their goals and contributing to the overall vision.Daily ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one sessions with clients.Submit daily reports to the Language Coaching team.Provide feedback booklets for each session.Participate in daily team meetings (Monday-Friday): Monday Objectives, Tuesday and Wednesday Role-Play, Thursday Learning, Friday Calls Review.All sessions within the first 60 days must be recorded.Resources Available to YouInternal training programs.Access to recorded sessions.One week of observation (you will not teach during your first week but observe our teachers).One week of shadowing, where an experienced teacher will accompany you.Access to Founder’s book and additional resources.This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment while helping learners achieve their language goals.
