Training / Excel Administrator, Temp to Perm, £28k equivalent, Cannock based, Hybrid working, ASAP startYour new roleTraining/Excel AdministratorTemp until April 2025Hybrid (1 day from home)37.5 hrs9-5, 30 min lunch£28,000 per annum equivalentKey Duties:Maintain and manage training records using excelEnsuring training activities are scheduledWorking with colleagues and managing the training accounts, ensuring all administrative, financial and quality assuranceProcesses are complied withManage and upload accredited training for internal and external delegatesEnsure certificates are booked, recorded and sent out to delegatesScheduling training events and sending out joining instructions and course information to delegates and training contractors.Update and maintain external payments systemsUpdate training records.What you'll need to succeed Exception skills and experience with Excel.
