Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Commercial Legal Counsel with 2-4 PQE to join a dynamic team at a rapidly growing company. This role is ideal for professionals with in-house commercial experience who are eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.As a Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for:Drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, including software license agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, data processing, and other strategic contracts. Work closely with internal teams, such as Finance, HR, and Facilities, to ensure operational support is maintained across the company. Conduct legal research as needed and play a key role in managing legal projects, driving progress, and improving processes to support the growth and scale of the business. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic legal initiatives, potentially working on matters related to intellectual property, privacy, and other legal fields.The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years post-qualified legal experience, preferably in a commercial or in-house setting, with a strong interest in commercial transactions and technology. You should be highly motivated, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent drafting skills. You should be comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel, including senior management, and have experience working collaboratively across teams and time zones.
