The Global Digital Team is a fast-growing global function at BlackRock that seeks to deliver and scale transformational business outcomes through industry-leading digital experiences and data platforms. We operate at the intersection of content, design, technology, and data.
Background
We are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to join our global digital team in a permanent role. This role will be key to developing and scaling best-in-class digital experiences that connect with our clients and drive commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital content strategies and content structures in partnership with digital product, data, design, UX teams, and marketing partners.
- Project manage and provide leadership for high-profile projects and workstreams.
- Develop client-centric content. Build, scale, measure, and optimize digital experiences for priority audiences and sites.
- Spearhead innovative initiatives to explore emergent technologies that can make our work more effective and efficient.
- Develop and socialize best practice operating models, processes, and tooling for content planning, development, delivery, maintenance, and measurement.
Expertise:
- Deep experience in digital content strategy and marketing within a digital ecosystem.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent content experiences on our website.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience with content operations, including developing and socializing best practice operating models, processes, and tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Proven experience of using tools to measure the performance of digital content effectively.
- Understanding of CMSs to publish content.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Strategic and critical thinker who is action-oriented.
- Cultural fit and ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
- Ability to progress independently and partner with teams across the business.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Effectively act on internal feedback.
