Finishing Manager

A regional house builder who currently are building in Tiverton are looking to add a finishing foreman to their current site team. The project has 2 further phases to go and typically handing over between 3 & 5 properties per week.

The houses are high end and the company ethos is very customer care focussed therefore looking for an individual to match. The individual will need SMSTS, CSCS + First aid, ideally able to produce snagging lists, work with subcontractor and deal with customers as and when.

The role will start immediate.
