HOT JOB ALERT: HEAD OF RISK SETTLEMENT (DB MASTER TRUST)

An exciting, newly-created role to lead the End Game proposition for this thriving, multi-billion DB Master Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the End Game proposition (including run-off, buy-in and/or buyout, etc.).
2. Advise (and train) Trustee Boards and engage with employers and their advisers.
3. Manage insurance deals from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
4. Maintain high standards of data security and governance.

Key Requirements:

1. FCA authorised: to deliver regulated advice relating to risk settlement transactions.
2. Track record of delivery on risk settlement transactions (including buy-ins and buy-outs).
3. Consulting experience: the ability to communicate with trustees and employers on their various End Game options.
4. Credible communicator: someone who is collaborative and able to build effective relationships both within and outside of the Trust.
